The Essence of :30 Seconds…

“Regret for the things we did can be tempered by time; it is regret for the things we did not do that is inconsolable.”

– Sydney J. Harris

I don’t care what you’re going through right now…or what you aren’t happy about…or how bleak things appear.  Don’t waste another bit of your :30 seconds living in sadness or frustration.

Lesson:  Either accept where you are and LIVE in this moment…or change things…and LIVE in this moment. *

I know that sometimes we really can’t change a damn thing about our life situation.  (I don’t care what Tony Robbins says.)  If you can’t change things go back and read the first part of that sentence again.

*This applies to happy people too.
